We are pleased to announce that our new LP “Meet Us At The Top Of The Sky” is now in the final stages of being mixed and is set for a summer release. 11 songs drenched in glorious sunshine vocal harmonies bringing together the Byrds, Roses and the Fanclub whilst fingertipping the what the fuck is this slide as Can, New Order, Flaming Lips, Detroit Techno & Chicago House and early Mo Wax influence a truly out there epic ride to the top the sky. No Map is 2 singer songwriters and currently we're recruiting an 8 piece band in London so we can take the groundbreaking expanse of our new album, Meet Us At The Top Of The Sky" onto the stage. Influences include The Stone Roses, MBV, New Order, Richie Hawtin, Can, Flaming Lips, The Black Dog, Teenage Fanclub, King Tubby, Gene Clark, Happy Mondays, Gram Parsons, The Who, Detroit Techno & Chicago House, Byrds and Big Star.
We are looking to work with like minded people or organisations to form a genuine and creative partnership. There’s no point unless folks are buzzed by the tunes and are least curious about our vision for breaking a group with the potential to be best thing since the Roses changed everything.
We are not arrogant we’re just sound people talking from the heart. We appreciate that there's a lot of music and music people out there and we’re just looking for folks that are on the ball, know the business, have an ear for our music and can believe in it like we do. Is that you?

Once We Were Immortal was self released in 2008. It was recorded along with “Boom of the Sunset Gun” over 2 years in 4 studios and it contains elements from our live shows from 2005 / 2006. Beautifully presented with booklet, post cards and book cover, this dense lo fi psychedelic masterpiece represents what is good about the true meaning of making independent music. We’ve moved on since making the leaps proper bands should be making but it’s a wee gem nonetheless.
